I. Payment Requirements
A.	If you are going to ship more than 2 or 3 shipments per year, you may want to fill out the supplied credit application and submit it to open an account. Once approved, we would be glad to extend billing terms to your company. An answer usually can be obtained by the next business day for shipments of $500.00 or less. Shipments over $500.00 may take a couple of days. Payment on all shipments without without an approved credit application on file is due prior to delivery.
B.	We accept most major credit cards for payment.
C.	Payment by check or money order can be overnighted to our office prior to delivery for any shipment.
D.	PLEASE DO NOT PAY DRIVERS.
E.	Collect Shipments Since the drivers cannot collect money, we are unable to accept traditional "collect" shipments. However, the receiver of your shipment (or consignee) or a third party may pay the freight charges for any shipment under the above terms.
II.	Please be accurate when filling out your information form. Once picked up, if the carrier determines any inaccuracy between the actual shipment and what was submitted on the information form (especially inaccuracies in freight classification or weight), the cost may vary significantly and the freight charges will automatically become due prior to delivery.
III.	Cancellations
	A.	Once a shipment is accepted, it is subject to 15% cancellation charge with a minimum charge of $50.00 and a maximum charge of $250.00 if it is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up date.
	B.	Shipments canceled prior to 24 hours before scheduled pick up will not be charged. The deadline to cancel a pick up on a Monday is by noon on the previous Friday. Please ask a representative for the cancellation deadline if a holiday falls before your scheduled pick up.
IV.	Minimum submission $100.
