Forms missing pertinent information will not be accepted. Forms submitted by noon Pacific time will usually be answered by 5 PM Pacific time that day. Forms submitted after noon Pacific time will usually be answered by noon the next business day.

Your request will be answered via e-mail with the next available pick up date and approximate transit time of your shipment. In most cases your shipment can be picked up within one business day. (However, in some cases, your price may only be valid on a particular day of the week or with a couple of day's leeway.) In any case, a U-Quote Freight.com representative will contact you by phone usually within one hour of your answer with details and further shipping instructions.
